Dropped by for lunch on the way to Osaka. Decent menu options also for Western people, service was nice and friendly, food arrived pretty quickly. We ordered a Korean Bibimbap, Fried Oysters and Ramen. Portions of the lunch set were quite large, more than what we could eat (e.g. the Ramen came with some condiments, rice and decent set of Gyozas which was like a meal in itself. The Bibimbap came with a well sized 'mini' udon soup. All meals were quite nice, not the best but not the worst either. Certainly tasty and good quality. I would go back if I was in the area again. Definitely one of the best options if you...

โ€œThere is nothing that exists that isnโ€™t on this menuโ€ is a hilariously true comment another reviewer made โ€” and you know what they say when youโ€™re a jack of all tradesโ€ฆ

Food wise seems to have been a bad day - the tuna cutlet was overcooked and didnโ€™t look like the other photos here, beef galbi rice was too wet with gloopy sauce, and the udon it came with tasted like a thawed mix of frozen items.

But the view is amazing, service is warm, and portions are indeed huge. For a restaurant in Yoshino where being open beyond weekends is already a great thing, itโ€™s not so badโ€ฆ so I rounded...

The food is worth more than 1 star but the restaurant was so filthy, covered withn grease, the floor under all tables covered in spilled food, and I was one of the first customers for Saturday lunch so it clearly hadn't even been mopped or swept since the evening before. Really shocking for me as a tourist used to the comparative cleanliness of Japan, this place is probably one of the dirtiest dining rooms I've ever sat...

Ordered the sukiyaki beef udon, boiled veggie tofu set and the egg plant dish. The dishes were tasty and the beef was extremely tender. Overall good food experience, albeit in the middle of nowhere. They seemed a bit understaff so perhaps may need a little patience. Overall, not a bad place to dine in. ๐Ÿ˜Š
