I had one of the best pizzas here. The bolognese pasta I had was also phenomenal. The atmosphere is lovely with a very cozy feel to it. It is a big space with a tall ceiling that is welcoming when you enter. We were greeted promptly when entering and shown to a cute spot to sit in for our meals. The menu was simple to understand, very fairly priced, and little did I know that it will offer one of the best Italian dishes I've had in my entire life. I ordered the Sicilian pizza and the bolognese pasta as part of a set meal that included a drink as well.

The salad that that first was delightful and very fresh. There were 2 garlic croutons with shirasu, which was very delicious. Then, I had the pizza. It was served at the perfevt temperature and was cooked perfectly. The leoparding on the crust was expertly done. The flavors were reminiscent of flavors I've had in Italy, except they were better! The dough was light and air yet crispy. It was clearly made by a piazzaola who knows their craft well.

The bolognese was decadent. The pasta was treated with care as it was cooked to al dente and retained its starchy and delightful nature. The sauce was perfect. It was very complex and loaded with umami flavors. Yet it wasn't overwhelming and heavy.

We visited this resturant after visiting Shirasaki Ocean Park, it took around 20 mins drive.

Although there is parking lot next to the shop but the path is quite narrow and thus we walk a distance to the restaurant instead. I went there without reservation, and the staff can only speak Japanese, I saw there were seats but they told us they were full.
