Rai Rai Tei is a primarily Ramen restaurant that has a bright color scheme from the outside with a decent sized parking lot and large sign. When you walk in and face right you have individual seating on your left against the kitchen and communal tables to the right. Each table comes with a tablet where you order from. I was pretty impressed with the English translations they had. What I really liked was how customizable the menu was. There is a good medium sized parking lot with a handheld menu you can change to English. The Ramen here is delicious and you can customize it alot of different ways from noodle size, amount, toppings, etc. Appetizers are great from gyoza, mackerel, etc. My only con?
