Food was amazing! Beautifully presented and tasted fab. Friendly service, food didn't take long. Good cups of tea & coffee as well. We sat outside in the sun, they've got a great park for kids on site and a huge grass area perfect for picnics too! They have gluten free bread available but can't guarantee that there's no cross contamination in the kitchen, this is stated on their menu's. Will definitely be back!

Village Cafe is not just a tea room. It's a lovely cafe with delicious food, lovely staff and outside seating. It's opened 6 days a week 8am- 5pm (last order 4:30) and closed Mondays. Now open Friday and Saturday evening 8am-8pm (last order 7:30)

So glad to see & have this open again under new management. Food is good. I had full English veggie breakfast & it was very tasty. A couple of things I’d like to mention though! Unfortunately my toast was burnt which the chefs had tried to hide by placing the burnt side down. The Jersey wonder I brought at the counter was stale (which unfortunately I didn’t find out until I got it home) infact it was probably the worse Jersey Wonder I’ve eaten in Jersey so I do not recommend you buy this particular item from here & there was so much of a draft blowing through all the open doors & windows in the cafe it became an un enjoyable dining experience. Putting those teething errors aside I would recommend this place & the staff are all very friendly, helpful & a clean...

I dropped in here for a cup of tea. It was bright and inviting. The staff were very polite. As it was around lunchtime I decided to have something to east too. I chose the avocado and prawn salad. The avocado came in it’s skin which made it a little difficult to eat with a knife and fork. But it was nice enough nothing amazing but plenty of prawns. The tables could have been a bit cleaner, as people were leaving the food scraps were wiped off onto the floor which I didn’t like too much. As I left I used the toilet which unfortunately was filthy. I would probably go back as the food was ok and the staff were nice. They just need to...

We use the cafe regularly and cannot fault the food or the service. The menu is varied with all of the options you would hope for from a cafe, with great snack, breakfast, cake and meal options, and you can choose to spend more and go for some great fine dining options. Staff are friendly and like a family. This is one of Jersey’s gems; the only change that could be made is to spread the word! This cafe deserves a...
