I recently visited Al-Hoot Seafood Restaurant on As Sakhrah Al Musharrafah Street and decided to try the grilled shrimp. The flavor was outstanding—perfectly seasoned and grilled to just the right texture. It was clear that the seafood was fresh and handled with care in the kitchen. However, the presentation of the dish didn’t quite meet my expectations, as it felt a bit plain and lacking the visual appeal you’d hope for, especially at the price point. The dish was pricier than expected, so I had anticipated a more refined plating style. The restaurant itself has a welcoming and clean atmosphere. The dine-in area is spacious, well-sanitized, and comfortable for a relaxed dining experience. I also appreciated the thoughtful addition of a prayer area, which is convenient for anyone who wishes to take a moment for prayer during their visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made it easy to choose from their seafood options. They took the time to offer recommendations and genuinely seemed to care about providing a good experience. One drawback, however, is the lack of wheelchair accessibility, which could make it challenging for individuals with mobility needs to fully enjoy the restaurant. Al-Hoot is a good choice for flavorful seafood, but improving accessibility, pricing, and presentation would make the experience even better.

Food contains a lot of spice, as it affects the original taste.. There is a strong spice flavor like cumin. Personally, I don't like cumin in food.. calamari is okay and shrimp too, but my comment is on the extra spice and crunch... I didn't like the fillet fish at all. I wouldn't recommend it... the smoked salmon salad with arugula is good... the crab salad is medium.. There is more sauce in it... The worst thing in my experience was when I ate the ink from the octopus. My mouth was filled with ink and this was unsatisfactory and bothered me as the squid was not cleaned well , Plus an hour delay waiting for food to be served..... In general, I did not like the restaurant, according to my personal opinion. ...... الطعام به الكثير من البهار حيث انه يؤثر على الطعم الاصلي .. يوجد نكهة بهار قوية مثل الكمون . وانا شخصيا لا احب الكمون بالطعام .. الكاليماري لا بأس به و الجمبري ايضا لاكن تعليقي على البهار الزائد و القرشلة ... سمك الفيليه لم يعجبني نهائي لا انصح به ... سلطة السالمون المدخن مع الجرجير جيده ... سلطة الكراب متوسطه .. حيث يوجد بها الصوص زياده ... اسوء شيئ بتجربتي كان عندما تناولت الحبر من الاخطبوت حيث امتلئ فمي بالحبر و هذا غير مرضي و ازعجني حيث انه لم يتم تنظيف الحبار جيدا ، بالاضافة الى التأخير لمدة ساعة بانتظار تقديم الطعام ..... بشكل عام لم يعجبني المطعم و ذلك حسب رأي الشخصي

شفنا اعلانات الحوت وقررت انا ومجموعة من اصحابي نجرب مطعم الحوت الموجود في شارع الصخرة المشرفة. فعلا توجهنا بمساعدة خرائط جوجل للمطعم ووصلناه بكل سهولة. لاقينا مكان نصف فيه السيارة اول ما وصلنا. دخلنا المطعم وكان شكلة نظيف جدا. في الطابق السفلي موجودة ثلاجة الاسماك. جلسنا في الصالة العلوية وكانو الموظفين جدا متعاونين ولطيفين والافضل انهم عارفين شو بقدمو وبيعطو نصائح. وكان الموظف ينصحنا بالكميات وكان جدا محترف. وصل الاكل وكانت المفاجأة، كان لذيذ بطريقة لا توصف، اهتمام بالتتبيلات واهتمام بالنكهات وليس مثل باقي مطاعم السمك فقط سمك بدون اي نكهات مميزة. طريقة التقديم بسيطة ومشهية بنفس الوقت. الاهتمام بتزويد النواقص بشكل سريع. وصلت الفاتورة وكانت المفاجأة. الاسعار كانت رائعة ما في اي مبالغة ولا اي اسعار اضافية ما الها اي معنى. من افضل تجارب المطاعم اللي خضتها في الاردن وقررنا نكررها باستمرار. شكرا ادارة مطعم الحوت وشكرا للموظفين. نتمنى الاستمرارية والثبات
