Al-hoot Seafood Restaurants - Al-Muqablain — Restaurant in Amman

I recently visited Al-Hoot Seafood Restaurant on As Sakhrah Al Musharrafah Street and decided to try the grilled shrimp. The flavor was outstanding—perfectly seasoned and grilled to just the right texture. It was clear that the seafood was fresh and handled with care in the kitchen. However, the presentation of the dish didn’t quite meet my expectations, as it felt a bit plain and lacking the visual appeal you’d hope for, especially at the price point. The dish was pricier than expected, so I had anticipated a more refined plating style.

The restaurant itself has a welcoming and clean atmosphere. The dine-in area is spacious, well-sanitized, and comfortable for a relaxed dining experience. I also appreciated the thoughtful addition of a prayer area, which is convenient for anyone who wishes to take a moment for prayer during their visit.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made it easy to choose from their seafood options. They took the time to offer recommendations and genuinely seemed to care about providing a good experience. One drawback, however, is the lack of wheelchair accessibility, which could make it challenging for individuals with mobility needs to fully enjoy the restaurant. This is my second visit to the restaurant during the last week. I will write my own experience honestly. There is nothing personal. I sat on the table, the responsible waitress asked me to change my place , because it is reserved. So far I have no problem. We finished our food, and we asked for the desserts. No one cleaned the table , they took long time, and at the end I left the restaurant. What make me feels disappointed that there is another table who finished their food after us , and they ran to clean the table and gave them desserts and tea . And no one care about our table, we are 2 men and the other table has 3 women. I am in a private restaurant, and all people should be treated respectfully. At the end I do pay what you asked me for and I expect to be treating a good way . The food is really good I have no problem with it ( to be honest) . At the end for me I will not go back,and i will tell my family members not to go. السلام عليكم ورحمة الله هذا رأس بعد التجربه بكل صدق وامانه . جلست على الطاوله وطلب مني مسؤول الصاله تغيير مكاني لان الطاوله محجوزه . غيرت الطاوله . بعد الاكل طلبنا حلويات ، وقت طويل لم تحضر الحلويات وام يقوموا بتنظيف الطاوله . بينما الطاوله الاخرى انهوا الاكل بعدنا قاموا بتنظيف الطاوله واحضار الحلويات والشاي . كنت انا واخي اما الطاوله الاخرى كان عليها ٣ نساء . انا في مطعم خاص ويجب ان يحصل الجميع على معامله محترمه واحده ، انا ادفع مثلي مثل غيري . اعلم ان حضوري من عدمه لن يؤثر على المطعم ولكن شخصيا لن اعود الى المطعم لا انا ولا احد من اهلي . لا يوجد شي شخصي . وللامانه الطعام لذيذ ولكن انا ارى ان الاحترام في المقام الاول .

انا مع ان الانسان يكتب تجاربه لكي نرقى في تعاملنا مع بعضنا من النقد ل البناء للوصول...
