First time I really liked the place. The coffee, beverages, location, service. I was amongst the first visitors on the opening day and they gave me kind of bonus card. While willing to use this card several weeks later, I had no success. A waiter just said this type of card is not valid anymore and they are preparing new ones. After all the waiter didn't mention about proposing me new ones to replace old card by calling me later. I was so disappointed. If they fix it, I will change...

I have never left any feedbacks but this place deserves more than that!! Coffee Matters is the only place in Atyrau with vegan menu which is a huge lifesaver! The quality of coffee and food is 10/10 , waiters are polite and friendly which is the reason why I come here everyday to study, work and relax.
