first and foremost I was quite disappointed by the service the cafe’s staff provided. I am not really keen on leaving negative comments. However, it would be useful for them to be more customer-oriented in the future. Neither waitress nor manager were willing to quickly response to my request for checking the cake availability. Secondly, the pie I eventually bought and gave as a gift was frustratingly dry and tasteless, so in my personal opinion who had tried cheesecake in many different places, this particular New York cheesecake does not deserve to cost such a fortune. I hope my feedback will help the managers to re-think and change their bakery if they still want to continuously run...

Nice place to spend time with friends and family. A little bit pricy. May be 500 tenge expensive than other places. I.e.

Caesar salad is I think 2200 tenge whereas in other places is 1500-1800 tenge

Steak is expensive at around 3500-4000 tenge as well but probably it is worth it.

I ordered soup , meat wasn’t tough which is good. The portion of soup was not big, like a cup. It cost me 1200 tenge

It has really good deserts as well. I had teramisu. I don’t remember the price to be honest.

Definitely will come back to...

Breakfast offerings were light and well executed, but I felt like I could’ve used some sauce or butter on the side for the savory dishes.

Overall, a very good cheeseburger. The patty was a bit smaller than the bun but was perfectly cooked. The bun was lightly toasted but still manageable and didn’t fall apart…however, you will still end up dropping crumbs everywhere. Sometimes simple is better, and in this case, it helped accentuate the fresh vegetables. The burger does not come with fries so place your order...
