PartyFood — Restaurant in Taldykorgan

Well, as any of the expats would attest - the thing that passes for 'za in this rookery just doesn’t cut it! I’ve known the place for quite a while now, they are conveniently located I have to hand it to them. And yet there are much better pizzas and much better fast food places in Taldy. The owner seems to be laboring under the delusions of grandeur, business coaching and stuff, while Party Food’s own business processes are far cry from being even a simply good eatery. Just the other day I went to City + to watch a movie with my 10-year-old. We were a bit hungry, so I reluctantly agreed to grab a pizza at Party Food. Well, it looked like the staff were overwhelmed and overworked like those kids in sweatshops. What made me angry tho, was the way they handled the orders – they placed everything on the counter right next to the queue of customers waiting for their turn to order! Some of whom were coughing. Some of whom (and I know it’s not really the staff’s fault, they only facilitated) would reach out and jokingly poke at items on the treys. Заказала пиццу, доставка платная, а несли они её полгода как бесплатную(скорее всего доставщик нес заказ ползком и был сильно раненным). О самой пицце - раньше было вкуснее: колбасная - колбасы положили будто украли; сырная - тесто не пропеклось, пришлось допекать на сковороде. Итог: не буду больше заказывать у них. Сделали заказ, предупредили конечно, что час-полтора ждать, по истечении полутора часов звоним, курьер сломался..ещё пол часа ждать, звоню спустя время ещё 15 минут. Але, вы издеваетесь? В талдыке можно за полчаса весь город объехать! Как и мне уже раза два съездить за своей пиццей к вам самой! Отвратительно работает доставка, если не можете сделать её качественной, просто уберите эту услугу! Два с половиной часа на доставку пиццы в деревне...
