My experience at this place was very bad. I'll list down all the reasons why: 1.Ordered breakfast at 11:30am, was being served at 2pm. I mean what is that??🌚 Communication from the chefs to the waitress who was serving us was very poor After being kept for 2hr 30min, what was ordered isn't what was brought. We ate food according to their preference not ours or even what was in the menu. The food was even cold on arrival. The manager was not even at any point concerned. We kept on calling her but she just didn't come out to hear us or explain anything she just kept on saying she was busy in the office. She is not bothered we the satisfaction of her clients. Whatever was ordered wasn't what was delivered. I mean why can't you tell us whatever we asked for isn't available? What's so hard about that?
Despite bringing the order late, why do you bring it cold? We had to get things for ourselves at the counter or is it a reception.

The waiters and the chefs are uncooperative and they do not inform the customers of the issues at hand therefore leaving us in the dark e.g. an order made for a cup of tea plus a few breakfast accompaniments took a whooping 3 hours!
