Caffe Tigo — Restaurant in Nairobi

The food!! Huge portions of tasty food 💕 the gentleman who manages/ owns the place is very nice and is attentive to the customer. The waiters however are wanting, something that training will fix. After our meal, our waiter cleared our table quickly and noisily and did not ask if we wanted anything else, which we did. We thought she'd come back but after about 30 minutes of lounging without any further attention from the waiting staff and trying to catch someone's eye we asked for the bill and left. I'm going back though, the food is worth it... hoping the staff...

I was charged even after the waitress brought the wrong order, which I sent back. I discovered much later and raised the issue with the manager on a subsequent visit. He agreed that I should not have been charged, so I thought I'd get a refund or a deduction from that day's bill. That didn't happen. Just check your bill before paying, but as for me, am never going...

Such a beautiful comfortable to have a meal and relax. Located on Airport North Rd within Rubis Petroleum Station. The Caffe has a Car Wash near by where you can relax while your car is getting serviced.

I had Pizza which came in twos (Nairobi Pizza Week) and it was yummy yummy. The Chai was also sweet to my liking.
