Java House - Greenspan Mall — Restaurant in Nairobi

I recently visited Java Restaurant, and unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The poor service was evident from the moment we walked in, From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the service was lacking. No one greeted me or guided me to a table; I had to search for a seat myself. It took an unusually long time for a staff member to acknowledge our presence and seat us.

Once seated, we eagerly awaited the menu, but it took an excruciatingly long time for it to be given to us. The lack of communication from the staff about the delay only added to our frustration.

Our patience was further tested when our food took an eternity to arrive. Not only did we have to wait far too long, but there was also no update or apology from the staff for the delay.

Throughout the entire dining experience, the staff appeared uninterested and unmotivated, making us feel unwelcome and unimportant. It was evident that there was a severe lack of coordination and efficiency among the team, leading to the overall subpar service.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Java Restaurant due to the poor service, excessively long waiting times for both the menu and food, and the lackluster dining experience. I hope they can improve their operations and service quality in the future to provide a better experience for...

Like other Java Houses, the architecture is great and position is super. It's at the entrance of the mall with a lovely view soon as you enter the left side open parking. Of course there are writers and waitresses ready to welcome you with a smile. Of course the smell of the coffee is so strong on your way to the mall's left entrance. The flowers create a lovely ambience and the fact that it's an open lounge makes it great to just sit there and look outside on a sunny day sipping your coffee. I don't know the situation in a chilliy night though but I hope it will still be great. The prices are normal for the bites and coffee though it will depend on your willing expenditure. I've never had any incident there and I see families frequenting the house. My only advice is that you can go there...

I visited Java Greenspan Mall where I frequently go, and was served by the efficient waitress Quinter who took my order promptly. The order was delivered on time and I was impressed with the quality of the tea – it was perfectly brewed and well balanced. I enquired about it and was informed that the barista, Nipher, had prepared it. This was exactly what I needed to start my morning.
