After the five of us finished brunch, we decided to take some photos at a café. We had previously informed the staff that we wanted to take a few photos outside, and they told us it was okay. While we were taking photos, the staff said that commercial photography required a fee. We then negotiated with him, saying that if using a camera was considered commercial photography, we could pay the fee. He said it would be 1000 per hour. We tried to bargain because it was a bit expensive for us, but he refused. I then suggested deleting the photos, but he said that since we had already taken the photos, we had to pay. I agreed, but then he turned around and brought his manager, who said it would be 2000. We said it was 1000 just a moment ago, how did it become 2000 when we had only been shooting for less than 15 minutes? He then brought a police officer with a gun to threaten us...
