The Garden Bondo — Restaurant in West Sakwa ward

SLOWEST service I've EVER experienced in a restaurant. Waited for food for more than 1.5 hours. Wait staff were inattentive and stretched thin. It was even impossible to order for starters as we waited for our meal because we feared it would take even longer to prepare. Food was brought in several rounds which made no sense since we were told it was all ready. There's need to hire more & qualified staff during holidays so that food is prepared in a timely manner. The manager also needs to be more attentive to what's happening on the ground and not allow customers to experience what we did. I came with 4 guests but NEVER again am I going to come/bring anyone here....

The place is a hidden gem. Expansion on going.

Rooms , put the mosquito nets higher and from the roof. One that closes like a curtain.

The bathroom was clean, just had insects coming out from the drainage. The toilet plumbing needs to be checked as it leaks

Install a glass that separates the toilet from the bathroom as water splashes everywhere.

The place is good, the garden is serene. However very poor services and rude staff. I have visited here twice and all the time foods comes after very long and sometimes you have to follow up in the kitchen. I will advise you order and be patient.
