the staff name fauziah talks as if she knows it all and so rude, make us feel so inferior as paying customers even though we are trying to place an order and not finding trouble. we had to order at the counter that day because they had a technical error with chicken items at the kiosk, so we had to place order at the cashier verbally, which is already quite an inconvenience because of the different way of ordering, since kiosk would display all the options for you to tap and at the cashier you have to convey it verbally. we already went through the ordering process at the kiosk, just that we realised we couldnt pay due to the technical error hence we moved to the cashier, already knowing what we are ordering. the first order i ordered my bakkwa chicken meal, then i wanted to change the side to the new sweet potato criss cut fries, which i know is possible because it is an option in the kiosk. but then i said too quickly if "can change the fries to sweet potato fries" and she almost immediately snapped "there is no fries in the meal so what you want to change? only have the mash potato and the coleslaw" firstly dont have to be so rigid and you can think about the common misconceptions customers may have? it's literally just the side of the meal? and secondly if you could just be an ounce nicer in your tone. then when we wanted to place the next meal for the bakkwa burger meal, we wanted to upgrade the sweet potato fries, which was the default for the meal, into cheese fries, so that we can have one cheese fries and one sweet potato fries in our total order. but she said this meal cannot change the fries, which we thought should be possible since it could be ordered like that at the kiosk. since she said this sweet potato fries cannot change, then i should put the cheese fries in the first meal right, since that one could change. so i said "like this can i change the sweet potato fries in the first meal to cheese fries instead", then she said "ah now you want to change your mind". what??? is it illegal to change my mind? we wanted to change the second meal's side to cheese fries but only now we know cannot do that, so we have to make changes right? when she read back the order at the end, she say the first meal has 1 cheese fries 1 sweet potato fries, second meal has 1 sweet potato fries, so i asked her, "wait, total is it only 1 sweet potato fries, and 1 cheese fries?" then she said "ya lah, your meal 1 sweet potato fries 1 cheese fries what" and honestly at that point i just know our order has extra one portion of sweet potato fries but we were too tired to try to get our order right, i just want to get the transaction done and over with. and another notable thing is when this aunty look at the pos screen, she literally has to think so hard before pressing anything, it's as if shes not familiar with it, yet why does she talk like she's the boss of the place and superior to all the customers? i've often encountered bad customer service that make me feel resentment, but this one broke all records and was just so unreasonable, several points during the transaction i literally wonder, why would she say that? why the need for the tone?? why??? this aunty should be working as a cleaner at the hawker centre if that's how she wants to talk.
anyway the sweet potato fries were also so cold and soft even though we opened it less than 10 mins after getting it (we dabaoed and took a 7 min walk...

4 Star: The queue is one thing. During peak hours it can get really messy with all the queues spilling out into the corridor due to lack of space inside. Customers do sort themselves out, without any guidance from the crew.
Counter area is a messy jumble of people due to number of takeaways. On my recent visit, the takeaways were given no numbers to go by, so had to mill around an already crowded counter to listen out for their orders.
2 Star: The food is surprisingly of much lower quality than most other KFC outlets I have been to. Had the Zinger Box and 2 piece chicken meal for dine-in dinner. Zinger was not really crispy, and kind of flat tasting. The (supposedly) crispy drumstick was the same. Lacking in flavour, just quite flat overall, not really crispy.
The sides were also of poor quality. We had 2 coleslaws and 1 mashed potatoes, as well as fries that came with the meals.
The coleslaw was kept for longer than it should have been, and no longer a fresh white but had an off white / yellowish tinge. Still edible, but barely so.
The mashed potatoes was also slightly off, with the mash dryer than usual. Only decent side was the fries, which came crispy and had the usual flavour to it. We do not expect any replacement sides to be any better, so did not ask for any changes.
1 Star: Reason for the 1 star, terrible staff training. Staff cleared our tray while I was away washing my hands. Did not have the courtesy to ask my partner for permission, nor the common sense to identify what food was still on the tray or left on the table.
Left behind: Half a cup of coffee without the cover (thrown away with tray). Half-eaten mashed potatoes, without a cover and without a spoon to eat with (thrown away with tray). An empty food basket (??? cleared the tray but left a random basket on the table)
Thrown away: Half-full cup of drink, a half finished coleslaw, a number of clean serviettes.
From the way our tray was haphazardly removed, it was clear that there was little or no training of the ground crew on how to handle the job. We didn't pursue the matter with the ground crew since we were mostly done with our meal, but this outlet suffers from serious quality issues.

So firstly, when my order number appeared on the screen which show ready to take, I went up to take my order, the person take up my food and I saw that was only one box inside the plastic bag. So before I asked, the another person went up and told the person who passing me my food that the food was not packed finished yet, hence they passed me two cup to take my drinks first. So fine, I took my drinks, and they passed me the order. After I took my food and walk out a distance from the restaurant, I realized that there is something missing, the add on of hot sauce fries was not being packed! I even open the box which packed the chicken to see whether it is inside, but it was not. Also, I found another thing that make me frustrated, I had order the side dish of whipped potato and coleslaw, but inside the box was the 4pcs chicken, with two box of whipped potato, and two pack of normal fries. So I walk back to the restaurant again to confront the front counter, the packer after they heard that there was a missing of hot sauce fries, then they took a ready one beside to put in my plastic bag, and also only at the point of time they inform me that the coleslaw finished, so they replace with normal fries. Why don't your side show that the coleslaw was finished in the first point?! And they did not tell me that the coleslaw was being replaced by normal fries when I took the order, only when I open it and found it and asked them then they inform me! So my this order when I was taking the collection there was already so many mistakes! First they never give me the tart, secondly never give me the hot sauce fries, and thirdly they did not inform me that there was no more coleslaw! After that when I went home and open the meal to eat, I found that for the original fries and the hot sauce fries, the fries was so soggy, the original fires was even stick on the paper bag they used to pack the fries. Also, the two original coke was diluted, totally taste no gas. The trip from the restaurant to my home only take 5-10mins, don't tell me your fries get soggy and the coke got no gas within the 5-10mins.
