I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the restaurant. I placed my order at 6 pm with the promise of a 60-minute delivery time, but it ended up taking a whopping 2 hours for my food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. Throughout this frustrating ordeal, I had to make numerous phone calls to the restaurant to inquire about the status of my order, but they failed to provide any meaningful updates.
To make matters worse, according to the delivery invoice, the restaurant dispatched my food after one hour, and then the driver took an additional hour to deliver it to my home. They called me saying it’s unavailable and will give me new which I don’t like so I wanted to cancel it since it was paid by apple pay. But they said they cannot cancel it and I should call Talabat. It’s okay. I understand. But how they talked is not acceptable. The loudness of the voice. Which they can’t understand that I can’t cancel it just by one tap because it says in the app that I cannot cancel by that time cause they are preparing.
