Topkapi — Restaurant in Mubarak Al-Kabeer

This place is in Qusuur area next to route 40. The restaurant is well designed and clean. The staff was welcoming and fast. We ordered paper kebab and iskender. Paper kebab was good but presentation was not great. Iskender kebab was average since it was cut as thick slices. The pitta bread was good but one of the bread served was overcooked (burned). Actually my grade was 3.5/5.0 but they served Turkish tea after the meal and I think they deserved a 4/5 var

We had a fantastic experience at this Turkish restaurant! The food was delicious and arrived both quickly and hot, which is always a plus. The service was nice, and the atmosphere was pleasant and clean, making for a very comfortable dining experience. The lahmacun was absolutely the best I've tried in Kuwait. The mixed grill was also very enjoyable, and the mezze plate was high-quality, offering a great selection of appetizers. To top it all off, the black tea with kunafa was a delightful and satisfying end to the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I recently dined at Topkapi Restaurant and had an enjoyable experience overall. The food was delicious, with a variety of options as shown in the receipt. The dishes we ordered included Jie Kufta, Cheese with Sujuk, Chicken Shawarma, Haslanmis Et, and the Chef’s Special Platter.
