Ala-Archa — Restaurant in Bishkek City

One of the worst experiences I had in a restaurant. It was raining dated 28-May, the restaurant was not full. We arrive by 2pm and told us we need to leave by 3:30pm. Because there are a lot of reservations. Then we agreed since we believe that if the serve the food earlier then we can leave right away. Then the waiter comes with the menu. So we ordered all the steaks in the menu, unfortunately all were out of stock, then we ordered Tom yum soup, and chicken soup then the bread, and the grilled meat instead. But the order came after an hour, we keep on following up but no one came, every waiter seems very busy and nobody wants to entertain us. Food taste was very normal and we followed up many times. Хорошое место, вкусная еда, НО УЖАСНОЕ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ. За 2 дня до ифтара забронировала кабинку на 10 человек, при этом оплатив задаток в 4000 сом. Официант (Эржан) мало того, что посчитал (как оказалось потом) неправильно общую сумму, так еще потерял меню с заказом. В назначенный день не было готово абсолютно НИЧЕГО. В кабинке валялись семена финика, тарелки/кружки были пыльными, некоторые пиалки вообще грязные. К концу ифтара принесли счет на 2778 сом больше, там и выяснилось, что официант посчитал неправильно в самом начале. Пришлось оставить паспорт и ехать домой за доп деньгами. Администратор (Кумон, как он представился) просто что-то с чем-то: безответственный, не знает свою работу толком. Вместо того чтобы искренне сказать что они сожалеют, постоянно ухмыляясь извинился для галочки. Видимо его эта ситуация смешила, несмотря на то что они полностью испортили этот день. Пожелала бы администратору научиться решать проблемы, а не издевательски относиться к клиентам. Жалко, что место и еда хороши, но СЕРВИС ОСТАВЛЯЕТ ЖЕЛАТЬ ЛУЧШЕГО. Жаль, что нет оценки 0.

I would like the administrator to learn how to solve problems, and not mocking customers. It is a pity that there is no rating as 0.
