The Place and the Vibe is Amazing Truly, the food is delicious too.

The Positives that are a credit to this restaurant: 1.) Clean Restrooms with restroom Sprays 🙌🏻 yeah 2.) Speedy Service 3.) Great Tasting Food & Drink.

Here are a couple of constructive suggestions: 1.) Bishkek is fast growing into a Tourist Destination please hire a couple of staff who can speak good English to take orders or explain clearly to guests 2.) Print English Menu Cards, that’s not difficult to do and it’s a one time effort and expensive and will make life easy for your visiting international Guests 3.) Put Pictures of food on your Menu Cards, because if you do not have English speaking Staff no issues at-least Guests can understand Portion Size, Inclusions and details by looking at the pictures and can point out the same to the service staff making the language issues manageable. 4.) It’s great to mention BBQ portion size by weight but for first timers they would understand how much is 100gms and how to order so best to use per person portion size and images.

I was absolutely blown away by this BBQ platter. The meat was perfectly smoked—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can taste the rich seasoning and the slow-cooked quality in every bite. The brisket had that beautiful smoke ring and melted in my mouth, while the ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious.

What made the experience even better were the sides—fresh pickled veggies, kimchi, beets, carrots, and creamy sauce that balanced the smoky richness of the meat. Everything was served generously, and the presentation made it feel like a true feast.

In comparison with other people that went here we were probably unlucky. We made the bad decision to go with pizzas since we had BBQ the day before. But they don't quite get it. It was very bad. We took the pepperoni pizza but as you can see in the picture it isn't, its sausages. Italians would break down seeing this monstrosity. We also had to wait 35 minutes to get this order. I also ordered a 1l limonade and a glass of compot. But the waitress understood that we ordered both 1 liter. She also told me that she repeated the order when she didn't. I also speak Russian so it's not the language barrier. But it's not so bad since we could take the drinks with us. Only recommend coming here if...
