KFC — Restaurant in Bishkek City

Visited store in Bishek. Staff and female manager do not speak english nor understand what colonels original recipie is. Everything is drumstick or wing no breast or thigh. This is by far nothing like real KFC. Self order stations main menu in Russian and need a Russian person to navigate to English. Menu confusing does not follow KFC in other countries. If you are a passionate KFC lover give KFC Kyrgystan a miss. I am very offended by no care attitude of staff that had no idea about why some people do not eat drumstick and difference in meat color and texture which every KFC staff shoukd know. Asked head office no... She just walked away no offer of other items or anything. Just rude no care attitude. A credibility gap to KFC brand.

Though you might see Colonel Sanders' familiar face on the store, the menu is unlike what we are used to back in the US. You won't find biscuits, cole slaw or mashed potatoes with gravy here. The worst part of this establishment is that they actually have a waiting queue line when there is plenty of space inside - like they are some kind of Bishkek night club with dress and face control. There's nothing magical or special about KFC to justify having people wait on line in sweltering heat for fried chicken and a limited menu that doesn't conform to the original franchise...
