Read moreWe went here for lunch. I have had much better lunches in Laos for less than half of the prices here. We ordered beef tenderloin medium rare with glazed vegetables and a choice of fries as our side, which is stated to be included at the top of the page with the meat and fish . And yes, we were served medium rare steak but it was COLD! The fries were piping hot and we got no vegetables. When we asked for the vegetables they said it was swapped for fries???? So after some back and for the we got our veggies after the rest of the meal was finished already.
Also they charge 3% credit card fee on top of already high prices which other luxury accommodations and restaurants in Laos do not charge.
Overal very disappointing. Will not go again nor do I recommend this place for food.

In all my life I never had such a strange reaction! But hey, if you also want a one star review per your request on your restaurant separately I am more than happy to do so!
UPDATE 2: the full reply of the owner has been changed below since their first response. I also posted the review on their restaurant as per their request.

You should take responsibility for its faults since it is the same establishment and the same people work there. And yes, I sincerely hope you learn from your mistakes.
Update 3: after I updated the review the owner removed their...
