This noodle restaurant is a bit different from your standard Lao pho noodle soup.

This appears to be Chinese-style noodle soup with a counter of self-serve condiments that you add to your soup afterwards. They include pickled vegetables, soy beans, sugar, salt, bullion, soy sauce, and vinegar. The noodle soup itself has some seaweed and sliced hotdog meat mixed in and you get two choices of noodles. There is no option for whole meats like pork or buffalo.

Amazing! We got here a bit late at about 9:20. They still made us some amazing soup. They make it the same every time basically so if you are picky you will have a hard time telling them what you want. Just go with it; it’s really good. We met some local guys and played a drinking game and had quite a few beers. The two women operating the place were ok to let us have fun....
