This appears to be Chinese-style noodle soup with a counter of self-serve condiments that you add to your soup afterwards. They include pickled vegetables, soy beans, sugar, salt, bullion, soy sauce, and vinegar. The noodle soup itself has some seaweed and sliced hotdog meat mixed in and you get two choices of noodles.
