Grillbārs 69 — Restaurant in Ādažu pagasts

I'm utterly appalled by the subpar service and complete lack of hospitality my family and I received during our recent visit to Grill Bar 69. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the atmosphere and aesthetic promised an amazing dining experience - one that quickly turned into a nightmare.

After being barely acknowledged upon arrival, we patiently waited to place our orders. The drinks took an excessive amount of time, with no refills offered. Our appetizers and salads never even made it to the table, despite multiple inquiries about their whereabouts. The entrees arrived in a staggered, uncoordinated fashion, leaving one of us to awkwardly wait while the rest of us had our meals in front of us.

When we politely brought up the missing items, the response from your staff was simply "if you don't like it, you can leave!" The audacity and utter disrespect we faced as paying customers is unacceptable. A grill bar with such promise has sadly fallen incredibly short due to the unprofessional and dismissive attitudes of its employees.

I'm utterly disappointed and will be advising others to avoid your establishment at all costs until you rectify these glaring service issues. A dining experience should encompass hospitality and satisfaction - concepts that Grill Bar 69 seems to be...

Ļoti neviesmīlīga attieksme pret klientiem no strādājošā vīrieša puses, diemžēl nepiefiksēju vārdu/uzvārdu. Ar draudzenēm mēnesi iepriekš rezervējām galdiņu 10 personām uz terases, rezervāciju mums apstiprināja. Aizbraucām uz vietas un viesmīlis tiešām pretīgā un paceltā tonī mums pasaka, ka tādas rezervācijas nav un nevar būt, pat neieslēdz datoru, lai apskatītos. Pasaka, ka nesen jau atdeva šo galdiņu uz terases citai kompānijai, vietu nav, nepiedāvā nekāda veida problēmas risināšanu. Pasaka, ka mēs nevaram būt veikušas šādu rezervāciju, parādam vēl kur tā tika apstiprināta un tāpat nē, tāda Jums nevarot būt. Kamēr draudzenes vēl centās saprast ko tālāk darīt, papētīju galdiņu uz terases, kurš tiešām bija sagatavots 10 personām, bet pie šī galdiņa sēdēja labi ja 5 personas, mūsu rezervētais galdiņš atdots citām personām. Vienīgais ko viesmīlis mums ieteica ir sēsties iekšā pie cita galdiņa, kuram mazāk vietas, bet sabīdīsies un šis galdiņš jau arī rezervēts, bet varbūt šīs citas personas neieradīsies. Laikam ierasta prakse rezervētos galdiņus atdot citiem pat neuzzvanot klientiem. Nē, nebijām ieradūšās pēc rezervētā laika, bijām...
