Mussel Garden — Restaurant in Ādažu pagasts

The atmosphere was amazing and the food was good, we had a tuna tartar for appetizer and it was fresh and very tasty, first time trying tartar and I was not disappointed, we enjoyed Valentines day there, the only negative thing about the service is that the waiter didin’t wait until both guests are finished with the food and then take the plates, plates were taken as fast as possible, I got my main right after the starter, like plate to plate, over all I felt very rushed, next time hopefully we have more time between plates so we can feel more relaxed. Will add that everyone was very friendly...

For the food, the portions were a little bit small for the price and the taste was good, but missing something to make it really tasty. The menu is nice but my party felt like we were missing something from the meal to really make it memorable.

When you go to a seafood restaurant the number 1 thing has to be the freshness. Mussel garden has it all and some more. I was blow away with everything I order. The oysters has alot of the ocean taste. The mussels were prepared perfectly and had alot of flavors. And the catch of the day was cook to perfection. The service was top notch. It's so weird to have such an awesome place in a small town....
