Nojan Tapan, restorāns — Restaurant in Jūrmala

I wanted to get hachapuri for the longest time and finally got the chance to go to this restaurant, i wanted to order food for take out. I asked them if i could order, and pay when i come back, because I did not have my card with me and I've already ordered on the phone before with no problems, paid after i picked up the food. The waiter said no and that if i want the food i need to pay immediately because of some cases where people lie. I was confused so I told him I've already ordered on the phone and paid after picking up the food, and to which he said "I understand but it's impossible". I just left because I didn't have the whole day on me to run from there and back. A few minutes after, just out of curiosity a friend of mine called them by the phone to order the food and guess what - they agreed with no problems to make the food, didnt tell him "you have to pay first". He later picked it up and paid while doing that. Disappointed, plus hachapuri didnt taste great, kinda like plastic and barely any cheese. Hinkali was good though. Attention! This place's quality of everything has changed DRASTICALLY during/after COVID times. Unprofessional waiters (not all of them, I suppose and I choose not to suspect fraud here), suggest items that are not on the menu and when asked about prices seem to be surprised :D and give you a vague estimation, not even caring to check. Don't fall for it! The portions (except maybe 'shashlik'- analogue for kebab/bbq meat) are tiny, for their prices you would expect at least 3 times bigger portions. We love this place and chose almost every time we are in Jurmala because of Great armenian food. Okay, sometimes very slow service without notable reason. The main disapointment every time is awfull toilet - allways dirty, only cold water and sometimes no paper!
