This is usually my favorite breakfast spot, but this location was a huge disappointment. The food was good as always and I appreciated the playroom for kids — but the service was absolute trash.
From the moment we walked in, the woman working there had a permanent scowl and a rude attitude. We had to wait 15 minutes just to get a menu, even though the place wasn’t busy and tables weren’t turning over. On top of that, she was openly yelling at her coworker right next to where we were sitting. Nobody should have to hear that drama when you are trying to eat.
The only saving grace was the friendly guy at the end who apologized for the delay and offered us drinks — he at least knew how to treat people. But honestly, the girl should not be in customer service. The restaurant is clearly understaffed and mismanaged, and it shows.

After ordering fries and drinks, waiter forgot about our existence for almost an hour, so we went to pay at the cash register, cause we didn’t want to wait anymore, and then she even thought to ask if we wanted to leave a tip… while her colleague waiter came next to our tables every 10 minutes to ask if all ok. For your restaurant prices, I expect to get service, not to wait for 20 minutes to order main course, then getting pissed that already 40 minutes have passed and I am already thinking of boiling dumplings...
