Čili Pizza Saharova ielā — Restaurant in Riga

During my recent visits to this pizzeria, I had the opportunity to experience it on three separate occasions. Overall, I believe it is a decent place to unwind and indulge in tasty pizzas and various other dishes. The food here is quite delightful. However, I feel compelled to mention that my rating is influenced not only by the quality of the food, but also by the service and atmosphere provided.

Regrettably, I encountered some issues during two of my visits involving a particular administrator named Alina, who also served as my waiter. In my opinion, her approach towards me as a client lacked tactfulness, resulting in delays in taking my order and attending to other requests. Additionally, I observed instances where she displayed aggression towards her colleagues. It is important for the management to address these concerns, as such experiences can negatively impact the reputation of the establishment.

On a more positive note, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to another waiter, Julija, who provided exceptional service with a courteous demeanor. Thanks to Julija's attentiveness and professionalism, my overall impression of the service and atmosphere has been significantly improved.

I believe that by addressing the issues raised and further promoting the positive aspects, this pizzeria has the potential to enhance its reputation and provide a truly enjoyable...

3 stars and that’s only because of food. Wednesday 8:20pm, they had occupied only 2 tables, we took third, waited for 20 minutes - no one came. Had to run around and ask to take my order, 3 girls were just hanging around pretending that they don’t see me. They told that Kiev Cutlet is not possible to make since they want to close at 9pm, although working till 10pm. After some argues finally accepted the order of Kiev Cutlet. It took 10 minutes for them to deliver the solanka soup, but it was cold! You can imagine what happened with Kiev Cutlet - but at least it was tasty. If you don’t like your job - leave it, don’t be like these morons! Will never come here again, probably delivery is the only option if you want something...

visited 17.02 in the morning. Ordered dumplings with meat and dumplings with mushrooms, plus kebab. Both dumplings were old. I mean Its not my forst time im ordering it, but looks like it was a yesterdays food or maybe reheated from yesterday. The dow of dumplings were just hard to chew ( never had this before), the kebab was ok, but fries were raw inside. We told issue to waiter, but thats it. Have a nice day. I believe its a problem of management who are forcing to sell old products, the kitchen staff would not come up with this idea. Service was ok, bu food is very bad. AVOID this place...
