Mežmala, kafejnīca — Restaurant in Riga

First time there. Last time there.

Ordered "exotic" chicken fillet. After eating half of it, noticed that its cutting harder than it should. Whole middle was raw. RAW CHICKEN. Thats no joke.

Im not a person to flip a table over something like this. I ate everything else there was. When i went to pay for meal i mentioned that the chicken is raw so maybe you could tell the cook to look out for it happening again. In response i got NOTHING. Not a "thanks for informing", not "im sorry that it happened", not "let me give you a discount for this situation". All i heard was "it will be 7.70eur".

And to make a good finish for this place. No "good bye!"

Good luck in business! Just maybe not...

Esiet uzmanīgi - personāls sagaida, ka jums būs vismaz 20 minūtes laika lai saņemtu visparastākos kartupeļus free par vismaz 2.50€ vai nez cik sarežģīti uztaisāmo tomātu biezzupu, un ir nepatīkami pārsteigts, ka pirms pasūtījuma veikšanas jūs neesat pamanījuši ka ēdienkartes pašās beigās klienti ur brīdināti par gaidīšanas ilgumu. Ja nebūtu samaksājusi - attieksmes dēļ ietu prom, bet tā vietā palūdzu lai iepako līdzi, jo ēst uz vietas vairs nebija laika. Iepakot arī viņi neprot - kartupeļi sajuka putrā ar majonēzi un atdzisa, jo pa ceļam pat panašķoties ar tiem nebija iespējams, nenosmērējoties līdz ausīm... Tomātu zupas trauciņš brīnumaini izturēja, neatvēries, citādi būtu vēl kreņķis par sasmērētajām drēbēm un pārējo... Ļoti neuzmanīga attieksme pret klientu - vietā, kurā biju pirmo reizi un neesmu informēta par virtuves smalkumiem.... :( P.s. biju ar mazu bērnu, kuram šīs ilgās nepieteiktās gaidīšanas dēļ, slidošanai Volvo hallē palika nieka 15 minūtes, un vēderiņš arī tukšs vèl nākamās 2h, kamēr ar transportu nokļuvām...
