Sushi TEV — Restaurant in Stopiņu pagasts

The sushi fell short of my expectations. While the presentation was visually appealing, the flavors were rather underwhelming, lacking any distinctive taste and coming across as rather plain. I've certainly experienced more satisfying sushi elsewhere.

A major letdown came in the form of the soy sauce provided. It's difficult to comprehend the reasoning behind such a diluted concoction. To compound matters, using Kikkoman's original bottles for this watered-down version felt perplexing and disappointing.

I also didn’t like the open plan of the place, it's just bearly taking half of the space of big open lobby. Felt more like I’m sitting in a corner of a warehouse than a restaurant.

On a brighter note, I found the tea to be a redeeming aspect. The variety of tea options offered a commendable selection, and the quality of the tea itself was quite enjoyable.

Price-wise, the sets, and rolls are reasonably priced. If you happen to appreciate their style of sushi, it might be worth a try. However, personally, I found it to be a mismatch...

Great salmon and tuna burger. The bins were made of sushi rice. All was fresh and delicious. The price for 2 burgers, cola and sweet potato fries were decent - 24 eur. Service was great - looks like the owner was serving himself on saturday. Overall a great sushi place. THe oly drawback is the atmosphere - it is in very spacios place with high ceilings. Cold atmosphere. Would be nice to add hanging seiling to lower the space and put some gren hanging stuff to make sushi place a bit more cosier. So I would...

Food was good, however the server when giving out our sushi trays had put her fingers in it, the very same fingers she just touched money. Atmosphere is not fancy.
