Karpati — Restaurant in Ventspils

It has low prices and you can get a warm meal there. They have really beautiful tables and a nice room design in general. There is a small children's corner with books for children to read while they wait for their meal. However, the food there is just ok. We went there as a family, and most of the food was ok, except the mashed potatoes. They did not taste good. I hope they can improve on that. By the way, it looks like they have changed their name. Вчера посетили "Карпаты" и остались в приятном впечатлении. После нашего последниго визита, изменилось всё. Обслужили быстро и приветливо. Еда оказалась вкусной и бюджетной. Очень приятно! Вернемся ещё! 👍⭐⭐⭐

Впечатления негативные. 50!минут ожидания, чтобы приняли заказ. Ещё 45 минут ожидания блюд. После ещё 30 минут ожидания счета. У официантов нет системы работы. Один принял заказ. Другой разносит. Что на какой столик, не важно. Посетители сами разбирались. Вина и ответственность на руководителе и управляющем. Нет организации. Нет элементарных знаний. Работала в этой сфере и знаю, как надо. Бедные официанты. Они замучены не рациональной тратой своих сил. Посуда и столы грязные. Блюда приготовлены не вкусно. Хуже не встречала...

Šausmīgi!!! Ēdienkartē piedāvātais nav. Pasūtījumu gaidījām 1st.20minūtes. Apkalpošana neprofesionāla!!!! Late atnes pēc stundas. Laikam pavāri ļoti cītīgi gatavoja!? Kad pajautājām - kad varam gaidīt savu pasūtījumu? Mums tika pajautāts - a ko mēs pasūtījām? Ko?????? Pēc tam atnesa ēdienu. Ļoti neprofesionāli noformēts. Porcijas mazās, neatbilst cenai. Kartupeļi bez sāls, piedeguši, rūgti. Ļoti vīlusies! Nevienam neiesaku! Ja varētu novērtēt ar "-"...
