Horrible service ... We called in advance to see if we could still have lunch at 15:00 since a lot of restaurants donât do that. They said yes. When we arrived it wasnât exactly a warm welcome. We sat down to a table and asked if there was a menu for lunch and the waiter replied with âtapas!â âSo we canât have lunch?â âTAPAS!â. A little surprised by his reaction we just order tapas and i asked if I could have the vegan salad since there wasnât much veggie food on the menu. He was gonna ask the chef specially for me ... thanks bro. I ended up telling him that the way he treated us was not okĂ© and that even though his day was bad and busy itâs not okĂ© to treat people like that. He just laughed in my face. My salad was boring but my friends enjoyed their food. The service made the whole experience very stressful though. I would give 2 stars but then again the food wasnât as enjoyable because of the whole experience.    Read moreI was pretty blown away by the friendliness of the staff at PP. Experience 1: We wanted to buy a bottle of wine to take away and drink on the beach. The manager kindly sold us a screw top bottle and gave us some paper cups.
Experience 2: After the beach we went back to the restaurant well after lunch was served but they happily sat us on a table for 6 and gave us some tapas to eat. The food came out quickly, tasted great and all the staff were so wonderful, professional and had big smiles on their faces.

Une deuxiĂšme prise de contacts Ă©galement trĂšs sympa avec deux serveuses, malgrĂ© le fait que nous avions dĂ» rĂ©clamer plusieurs fois de lâeau, du sel du poivre, et des sauces. Le repas Ă©tait correct, nous arrivons Ă la fin du repas un Monsieur au nom de David (si je me fis au ticket de caisse) Vient nous demander si nous voulions un dessert ou un cafĂ©, nous lui demandons quel est son fournisseur de cafĂ©, car certains cafĂ© servi dans les restaurants ne sont pas notre goĂ»t. Ce cher monsieur nous rĂ©ponds, donc nous le remercions en lui rĂ©pondant que nous nâallions du coup pas prendre de cafĂ©. Celui-ci devient trĂšs nonchalant, il nous encaisse et nous jette le ticket de caisse qui est un duplicata. Et il part sans dire au revoir, je me permets tout fort de dire « au revoir quand mĂȘme », aucune rĂ©ponse et pourtant il mâa bien entendu car il Ă©tait Ă la table Ă cĂŽtĂ©. En conclusion je dirais que câest un restaurant Ă fuir, la nourriture est correct mais rien dâexceptionnel pour les prix affichĂ©s sur certains plats et desserts. Le sourire, la politesse font partie des bases du mĂ©tier de la restauration en tant que serveur il me semble. Dommage ne dit-on pas que la meilleure publicitĂ© est le bouche-Ă -oreille ?
