Feels Like Home – A Truly Enjoyable Experience
It was such a nice experience dining at Terrace de Nicolas. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. The atmosphere had a warm and inviting vibe—relaxed but lively at the same time. Whether you're going for a casual dinner or a special evening out, the setting is perfect. You immediately feel comfortable and welcomed.
The food was genuinely delicious. Each dish was tasty, well-prepared, and presented with care. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. It’s the kind of place where you enjoy every bite without overthinking—just good food that hits the spot.
But what really stood out for me was the team. Everyone was not just friendly, but extremely warm and funny. It honestly felt like being at a friend’s home. The way the staff interacts with guests makes a huge difference—it felt as if we had known them for years. They were easygoing, helpful with recommendations, and made the whole evening more fun with their great energy and sense of humor.
It’s not every day you come across a place that gets the food, the service, and the overall vibe just right. This restaurant truly did. I’m already looking forward to going back, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family. If you're looking for a spot that feels familiar, comforting, and genuinely...
Read moreWe went to Terrace de Nicolas for a birthday lunch with a group of 16, expecting a private culinary experience. Nicolas prepares everything himself, and while it’s on the pricier side, we were excited about the experience. The weather was nice, but since the outdoor seating wasn’t ready, we sat inside, which was fine.
The main issue was the timing. It took approximately four hours to serve the full set menu, and we were starving before the salad even arrived (approximately one hour after we told him to start with the food). The set menu included salad, appetizer, pizza, steak, and dessert but everything was served slowly, with about an hour between each course. The food was okay, nothing exceptional, though the pizza and steak were decent. The appetizer, however, didn’t really impress. Also, it’s worth mentioning that I saw a video from a reputable food blogger on Instagram dining here, and they were served their steak with sauce, while ours came without.
When we brought up the long wait, Nicolas was rude, saying this is just how he does things and that we should’ve enjoyed waiting for him. He also complained that we “messed up his concept” by asking for the pizza earlier for a child who doesn’t eat salad or appetizer. While the food was fine, the overall experience was frustrating and definitely not worth...
Read moreTerrace de Nicolas in Broumana offers an exceptional dining experience characterized by a cozy and intimate ambiance with breathtaking views of nature from its hilltop location. The private and pittoresque setting, nestled among trees and fragrant jasmine and roses, creates a warm atmosphere perfect for couples, friends, and family gatherings. We were a group of 20 persons gathered for the birthday of my son-in-law, a private party organized by his wife (my daughter). Their cuisine features authentic Italian dishes, handmade with a lot of passion & love by Nicolas, including items like their exquisite goat cheese salad, the Grilled Peach Burrata Pizza, the Prosciutto Pizza, and ending with a tender filet all thanks to Nicolas’s passion and energy. Service was warm and attentive, ensuring a feel welcomed and cared for environment, making it an excellent choice for our special...
