Sama Arze — Restaurant in Fatqa

The place is really nice, well decorated An old lebanese house , with artisanal decorations The ambience is nice with a oud play and singer on saturdays But I called and asked if they had a set menu for 3 people, and he said its usually for 4 but he can make an exception Once we arrived the waiter told us to choose between tabouleh or fattouch, while on the set menu it was noted that both are included. Then we had to choose between makanek or chiken wings and batata hara or normal fries. Knowing that all those were included in the set menu The fattouch was ridiculously small, even the hummus and the rest of the plates were tiny. After talking to the waiter, seems that they decided to remove some items because we were 3 not 4 2 hot plates ( batata hara and makanek ), tabbouleh , labneh plate and a vegetable plate were not served since we were 3 not 4 and without any warning ( although i called and asked ) We discussed the matter with the manager and he was very professional. He apologized and served us extra plates to make up the matter. The food is good and the waiters are nice and friendly. But having a set menu means everything should be on the table as set in the menu, and if it is only for a minimum of 4 don’t agree to welcome us...

I recently had the honor of celebrating my wedding at Sama Arze, and I can truly say it was a magical experience from start to finish. The venue itself is breathtaking, with panoramic views that added a romantic and serene backdrop to our special day.

A huge thank you to Eli, whose support and coordination made everything seamless. The entire staff was exceptional, but I want to especially recognize Sultan, who went above and beyon. Not only providing outstanding service but also creating a beautiful video reel of the venue and myself that captured the essence of the day so perfectly. It’s a keepsake I’ll treasure forever.

The food was phenomenal, with an impressive variety that catered to all tastes. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Our guests are still raving about it!

And of course, the DJ brought the energy and kept the celebration alive all night long. The music, the vibe, the joy—it was everything we hoped for and more.
