Last night, I placed an order from Malak Al Tawouk’s Mansourieh branch through Toters. The order included an avocado salad, as well as tawouk and escalope sandwiches.

After 40 minutes, someone from Toters contacted me to inform me that the branch was out of avocado salad and asked if I wanted to replace it with something else. I told them no, and to proceed with the order without it.

Twenty minutes later, I called Malak Al Tawouk directly, and they told me there was no order under my name. I then contacted Toters, and they informed me that the order had still not been prepared because of the salad issue.

From that point on, the Malak Al Tawouk call center kept transferring me to a phone operator, and the operator kept redirecting me back to the customer service. After an hour and a half of waiting, no one had taken responsibility or followed up.

In the end, I canceled the order. This was the last time I will order from this place. A complete failure — slow, careless, and...

We always eat at different Malak Al Tawouk branches and never had any issues. But the Mansourieh branch is honestly a mess. They always forget the add-ons or any special requests. They don’t bother reading the vouchers properly, and you have to keep reminding them about what you ordered, and the service is very slow compared to other branches. There’s no management,The cashier is jumping from the register to the grill, then to the fryer, and back again. No proper service, no system. Very...

The manager was so rude and not polite. He kept on talking with his friend outside the restaurant leaving all customers waiting in line to place their orders. Plus after we paid in dollars he refused to give us the change in dollars we tried to speak with him politely but he snapped out and said big words that are super offensive he should not and never be assigned to be a manager. He is a bad image to malak al tawouk and should be fired...

The restaurant has one of the best views over the city of Beirut. It is clean and the outdoor terrace is a plus. When it comes to food I think I had it better in other Malak al taouk branches. The soujouk sandwich was tasty but a but empty and dry. I paid in USD and I got the change in LBP at a very bad rate so I would advice you to exchange money before going there.

Been a costumer for 10+ years. But The fact that i got hair in my food and when I told them they just nodded and didn’t even apologize is the end for me to be honest. Hope you do better, just so this would not happen to anyone else in the future.

We ordered two taouk sandwiches, they did not read the instructions. Both were cold, chicken was raw (as in the picture) We mentioned without ketchup and loaf & a half. We received them with ketchup and full bread
