we are writing to formally complain about the service we received. On September 29, 2025 we came to Hallab store and ate outside, Kunefe, Meat pie. Read moreI’m very disappointed with the service I received. I placed an urgent order through Toters, expecting it within 45 minutes as stated, but it never arrived. Over an hour passed, and I still didn’t get my order (Toters showed the estimated delivery time as 20–35 minutes)

I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your reliability and communication...

Service | Staff are professional and friendly. They have a big staff group to serve...
