N'Jays Restaurant — Restaurant in undefined

This place is interesting. The food is great and so is the decor and art in the dinning rooms. However, I feel that there are some key issues of importance that are overlooked which make for a subpar experience. The service is very slow. Even after the waiter takes orders, they don't really come to check on how you are doing. There were no wet wipes. For a place that served ribs and stuff like that, I would say that is a given, but even if there are no wipes, tell me why the staff were surprised that I would ask for a basin of water to clean my hands before eating? The place is advertised as a cozy family restaurant but for the two hours that my friend and I were there, we had to tell the staff three times to lower the music because it was so loud that we could not hear each other talk (Mind you, there was no one else in the room on the other tables). The energy started feeling more like a club than a family restaurant.

These three issues for me dampened my experience so much. The food was really yummy I must say, there isn't anything I could have added or removed from my plate. Just the service needs upgrading, especially for the location this...
