Terracotta — Restaurant in Montserrado County

This restaurant is located in Liberia Weest Africa and is owned by the Baker Sisters: Zoe, and the other pretty one who doesn't smile so much Marie but she's very friendly. The food is Liberian Traditional and is a favorite lunchtime spot of high ranking Liberian officials (networking anyone?). I really like the: Fufu with Bitter leaf (not really bitter but an acquired taste). , Palm Butter day, you better get there early! I give the service one star because we waited so long, only to be told because of a party they were hosting that’s why. They brought me bitter leaf with Rice, after i ordered for bitter leaf and fufu. Stopped for lunch with a Liberian friend. He had fish soup with dumboy; I had the goat soup. Goat soup is my favorite Liberian dish, but this version wasn't that tasty to me. Very strong gamy goat flavor, and not nearly enough pepper!
