Brought the family here for breakfast twice during our family trip to Monrovia. Were there during the breakfast/brunch time and you could either order from the menu or take advantage of the buffet. Our kids were a little tired of the traditional Liberian food we had been having for breakfast and were happy for the American style breakfast and options. The pancakes and omelets were good. Nice place to try once you are in Monrovia because it's simple, not overtly decorated but it's a nice place to have a decent food with a bit high prices but then you get what you pay for isn't it? Certainly worth trying and enjoying at least once. Variety of food is enough to help you choose even vegetarian options, sea food, chicken lovers or beef lovers can have something to match their choice of the day. Better go and check for yourself. The Cafe Royal offered our group of 17 a lunch buffet option, with Lebanese dishes. Besides lemon chicken, Kafka au- four, kormer, and a few more, they offered delicious house made hummus and several salads. Several desserts included yellow cake, pancakes with pistachio cream.
