Hesburger — Restaurant in Jakai

Believe it or not, first time having Hesburger.

Food: cheeseburgers were basically a copy of McDonald's with added mayonnaise or whatever that tasteless white sauce was. Fries were good though.

Service: how are they still in business? All the staff are running around like headless chicken, there was about a 20 person queue waiting for 15 mins before even one person got their order taken.

This establishment needs to get self-service terminals like McDonalds did and display ticket numbers so that people come and collect their orders. The staff can then focus on getting the food out.

At the moment they are trying to shout out orders for people to collect, no one hears them, then the whole counter gets backed up with orders and the whole operation just...

1h before closure they rejected to make tortilla with chicken(not spicy) because they had one already made but spicy. Excuse was that they don't have ingredients to make a new one. Actually girl who was taking order was just bullshiting me, it was obvious from conversation. I'm stopping at this fast food restaurant from time to time but all the time WC and general cleanness is on very low level. Ps we didn't placed an order and went 10km to have something...

2 cars in drive thru, and the employee asked us to come inside since the wait time is long. Excuse me what??? And afterwards, they were raising their hands through the window as a signature ‘why are you here’. As a problem in all Lithuanian Hesburger restaurants, wait time is terribly long considering that it is not that busy. Not a ‘fast food’ service, sincerely recommend to avoid this place if you don’t want to wait for a simpliest...
