LIUKSAS — Restaurant in Jurbarkas

This was my family’s favourite restaurant couple years ago but this time it’s was terrible, we came straight from the Kaunas airport there my mothers has diabetes so she needed to have her medicine ordered cold beetroot soup it’s was gone of we told the waitress she told us that one table before us said the same thing and they made it fresh from scratch.,,, but it’s wasn’t fresh she took it away.,, Then the seconds came salmon 🍣 with lemon sauce the presentation was exceptional But it’s was gone of you could even smell it it’s not right My son was so hungry he just ate all of it we all was hungry so after we finished paid . Before living I told waitress that the salmon wasn’t fresh but we was so hungry didn’t have choice,, I told her that this salmon used to be my sons favoured We was visiting this restaurant few times a week every time we was in jurbarkas But now I don’t know what happened to it Probably the chef 👩‍🍳 changed I don’t know It’s was very disappointing because we all Had food poisoning thank God that it’s wasn’t night yet and we was able to get medicine from the chemist it’s took few days to recover.,, I would recommend one restaurant opposite Iki shop it’s fresh everyday and they wouldn’t just give bad food to the costumers one more places is sushi bar near Jurbarkas hotel is well it’s fresh every time we ate there 5 times during this 11 days we where...

Well as for Jurbarkas I guess it's okay... Main dishes were nicely served but kind of tasteless. Salad wich came with the main dish was without any seasoning (no dressing, not even salt or pepper). Dessert was just sad... Two super tiny "waffles" and 1,5 ball of ice cream... looked like as they were out of ice cream so just scraped what was on...

Kavinės stilius -labai gražus. Aptarnavimas- mandagus, malonus ,profesonalus. Valgėme : šaltibarščius su apkeptomis bulvėmis -skanūs ,tačiau bulvės pilnai neišvirusios, trūko druskos(tačiau tai tik skonio reikalas); užkandžiui, kepti vištienos sparneliai su bulvytėmis fri- bulvytėms druskos stoka, vištiena iškepusi tobulai, sultinga,bei traški ; pagrindiniam valgėme kiaulienos kepsnį su užkeptų bulvių bokšteliu ir baravykų padažu - Atnešus merginai kepsnius gaila buvo valgyti. Pateikimas ir išvaizda 10/10. Skonis-nuvylė. Mėsa perkepusi,sausa, matosi kad gausiai kepta riebaluose. Kepsniukai buvo du ir plonučiai (mėsos kiekis negeja-jeigu ji sausoka). Padažas riebus, atsiskyrė net papildomas sluoksnis riebalo. Bulvių užkepėlė skani. Pliusas ,kad daug salotų su skaniu užpilu. Kadangi valgyti norėjome, tai pavalgėme :) sugryžtume- abejotinas klausimas. Nes po maisto stojome pirkti...
