Uršulė — Restaurant in Kėdainiai

I went to this restaurant for dinner with my family, we reserved the table in advance and the booking went really smoothly. As a starter we had the traditional Lithuanian bread with cheese, kepta duona, which was excellent and a board of bruschette with a selection of cheese, jam, cheese and salumi as topping. Well presented and very fresh and delicious. We had Spanish white wine called duomodo, I really loved the acidity that matched our food perfectly. We had several different dishes as a main, since the menu offers many choices. I personally had traditional Lithuanian potatoes pancakes with a modern twist of smoked salmon and savoury curd salmon cream, a new taste for me as a foreigner. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures. Other dishes were crepes with different cheeses, salmon with roasted vegetables and beef cheek. Other guests were really happy and satisfied with their choice. Our server was a lovely robot that brought every dish on time. The human service was also amazing, the restaurant wasn't really busy since we were dining really late on a regular day of the week. Mixed feelings about the place. Ordered hamburger and american pancakes. Hamburger was okay, but a bit dry, but average for the price, so not that bad. Regarding pancakes - expected a bit better, not enough of syrup, but a bit too sweet even without it. But it took a very long time for them to make my and friend's food. maybe one of the longest times (if not the longest ever) i had to wait for my food, so it's a disappointing part. The service was bad based on how they delivered food to different people at different times. Also beef burger was VERY overcooked, even had burned edges.
