Gintaro baras — Restaurant in Molėtai

Hi everyone. This time old fashion bar. Nice welcome and atmosphere. Been with a kid so didn't even needed to ask bartender put some cartoons. Ordered simple stuff, chicken with 🍟 fries (vistienos kepsnys), kvass (home made) nice texture some juice and potato dumplings with meat from cooked potatoes (virtu bulviu cepelinai). Last one is really ok, fresh nice meat inside, enough sour cream. What about chicken as usual vegetables almost like someone hates them to put in the plate 😄, but meat zdone very well, fresh potatoes. 15€ for everything. Thumbs-up....

The best place in Molėtai to have a lunch or a gulp of localy made beer (yes, they produce their own beer which is really good). Black stout is a must if you are into it. Traditional Lithuanian cuisine and long menu list which surpisingly doesn't mean low quality meals. Beans with bear and smoked baked pig ear (left one :)) with peas were delicious. You can also try one out thirty pizzas and it will be good choice...

Quite nice place, looks to be favorite by locals, good locally produced beer, pizzas appeard to be the most popular dish here, but chose to try sth other than that, and somehow was forgotten by waiter, but after reminding my absence, it was a fast delivery and food was ok, I was apologized and provided with discount. So all is good, but there is a small space to improve service, at least for the passing...
