APETITO PIZZA, picerija, ECO TRADE — Restaurant in Ukmergė

I can't rate this place any good, as the service is absolutely abysmal. Never have I eaten at a restaurant, where in stead of listening to feedback, the staff will cut you off and start going down a list of excuses, this kind of customer service is inexcusable.

The food is rather decent, I have to admit the pizza is preferrable to other places in town, and they do have competitive prices.

I do suggest opting for takeout, as the heavy miasma of cooking oil in the air inside the establishment will most likely leave a suitable stench on your coat.

Vakar apie 18h paskambinus į picerija užsakiau pica ir pasakiau kad atvažiuosiu pasiimt, pasakė kad bus 20h, atvažiavus sužinojau kad pagal darbuotojas jokia pica nebuvo užsakyta, ne gana to, kad turėjau tiek laiko laukti dar buvau nemaloniai aptarnauta kai bandžiau išsiaiškinti situacija... Plius darbuotojos rūkė, akivaizdžiai matės kad nesilaiko higienos ir gamina picas tokiomis rankomis, žodžiu higienos nulis, ne kartą picose rasti plaukai, arba picos kraštai sudegė, labai nemalonios darbuotojos. P. s Vadovui siūlyčiau susimąstyti, nes ne pirmas ir paskutinis toks atsiliepimas. GRAŽINKITE SENUS...
