Katpėdėlė — Restaurant in Vilnius

The food that we ordered was really delicious. But sadly the waitresses and the administrator were really unfriendly. We waited really long to get a menu, while there were almost no customers, and many waitresses were free, chatting or looking into their phones. The toilet of this restaurant is one or the poorest toilets i have ever seen. The water in the sink doesnt flush down, there is no paper or tissues almost never! Once I told about the paper problem the waitress just ignored me, while i stood waitint. In the end nobody did nothing about it. The administrator stood facing away from me, trying to act as if she didnt hear what I and the waitress talked about. So in total - the food is tasty, but the workers there have no manners or...

What a joke of a service... Cold food being served as the restaurant staff should be elsewhere... a waitress behind the bar taking beers and texting on the mobile phone, one main waitress trying to get the orders from every patron on the restaurant on a unfriendly tone, not to mention that feeling of watch paint dry....garnished plates waiting on the bar to be served for long time and the waitress behind the bar still texting and completely disconnected from what she should be doing... Traditional Lithuanian like place. Food itself was not tasty, service emotionless, so on the whole 2/5 stars. Portion is small one, green tea without taste as well - 2/5 stars. Surrounding provides village like feeling - 3/5 stars. Service below ordinary, no attention or smile, dishes could be served for everybody around one table at once but were not. No hot water in restroom, when you are with alittle baby, it is an issue, so 1/5 star. In total my score is 2 stars...
