À chaque fois que je commande je reçois ma commande avec 15 ou 20 minutes de retard et j'ai toujours un demi-dessert (à mi-parcours) et plat tiède, j'ai toujours eu l'impression que quelqu'un se sert avant moi, et juste d'y penser j'ai la nausée. C'est la dernière fois que je passe commande chez eux, payer 40€ pour voir la bouffe à moitié et déjà à demi mangé 🤮 ! J'envoie une photo en pièce jointe de la façon dont mon désert est t'il arrivée cette fois ci et comment arrive toujours.Je viens à présent de la recevoir toujours en retard et le dessert n'était pas frais. faîtes très attention ! J'avais également commandé un œuf en supplément, voyez comment je l'ai reçu dans les pièces jointes 😳.. je suis choquée, ils ne sont pas sérieux, et ça touche la santé et hygiène. Différents livreurs, différents produits c'est passé toujours pareil. Un vrai danger, faîtes attention à votre santé.
De todas as vezes que encomendei recebi a encomenda com 15 a 20 minutos de atraso e recebo sempre a sobremesa a meio, fico sempre com a impressão de que alguém se serve antes de mim, e só de pensar nisso sinto náuseas, será apenas a sobremesa? Uma vez, interroga-se... mas sempre ??? 🤮 Não houve uma vez que ela veio completa, e já encomendei diferentes, pena não ter deixado comentário das outras vezes acompanhado com as fotos e a comida não chega quente nem a sobremesa é recente 🤢 Foi a última vez que encomendei aqui para serviço de entrega, envio foto em anexos de como chegou a sobremesa desta vez e como chega sempre, acabo de a receber (atrasada com sempre)! E quando se liga a avisar, a pessoa percebe mal português (é brasileira) ou francês e têm que se repetir vezes sem fim para explicar o sucedido 😓 cansativo depois duma tarde de trabalho e nem ligam de volta a tentar perceber para melhorar o serviço, como o cliente paga antecipadamente estão-se a marimbar, o dinheiro já a entrou e já.. 🤑🤑🤑💰💰 é o que interessa: money 🤑. Espero do fundo do coração que nunca ninguém sofra duma intoxicação alimentar ou uma criança tenha graves problemas com micróbios, do serviço entrega a casa, que deixa a desejar.. façam atenção ! Também tinha pedido um ovo como suplemento, vejam em anexos como o recebi 😳.. um verdadeiro perigo, façam atenção à vossa saúde.
Every time I've ordered I've received the order 15 to 20 minutes late and I always get dessert halfway through, I always get the impression that someone is serving before me, and just thinking about it makes me nauseous, it's just the dessert ? Once, ask yourself... but always happen ??? 🤮 Not once did it come complete, and I've ordered different kind of deserts, too bad I didn't leave a comment on the other times accompanied by the photos and the food doesn't arrive hot and the dessert isn't fresh 🤢 It was the last time I ordered here for delivery service, I let few pictures in attachments of how the dessert arrived this time and how it always arrives, I just received it (delayed as always)! And when you call to let them know, the person misunderstands Portuguese or French and I have to repeat thousand of times the same 😓 tiring after an afternoon at work and they don't even call you back trying to figure out how to improve the service, because the customer pays in advance. Money has already entered.. 🤑🤑💰💰 that's what matters: money 🤑. I hope deep from my heart that no one ever suffers from food poisoning or a child has serious problems with microbes. I had also ordered an egg as a supplement, see how I received it in the attachments 😳...
Read moreThe food could have easily been a 5 if mine was slightly warmer than what it was. It was not hot, just warm enough. So by the third bite the meats started to become lukewarm and then cold. Otherwise, the quality of the meat was topnotch. Also the portions were pretty big which I like. The service was nice too. Though not sure why they have separate drinking and eating tables. The atmosphere was not bad at all. The place was quite clean and it was spacious but it felt pretty dated. Read moreJe suis extrêmement déçu par mon expérience avec la commande passée via l’application Miam Miam au Restaurant Centenaire. Voici ce qui s’est passé : Temps d’attente interminable : La commande indiquait un délai d’attente d’1h30. Bien que ce soit déjà long, j’ai décidé de patienter. Manque de suivi : À la fin du délai prévu, j’ai appelé le restaurant pour confirmer la commande. On m’a assuré que tout était prêt et que le livreur était en route. Mensonges ou incompétence : 30 minutes plus tard, n’ayant toujours rien reçu, j’ai dû rappeler. C’est à ce moment-là que l’on m’a informé que la commande n’avait jamais été traitée.
Résultat : aucune nourriture, une soirée gâchée, et aucune solution proposée.
C’est inadmissible. Ce niveau d’incompétence et de désorganisation, tant de la part de Miam Miam que du Restaurant Centenaire, est tout simplement intolérable. Je déconseille vivement ce service et ce restaurant...
