Bricher Stuff — Restaurant in Helperknapp

Once and never again! I went there for lunch with my family last weekend. I chose the horse steak and as I have several food allergies, I asked what the side dishes were. They told me I could choose, so I chose fries and a salad. When the food arrived, there were also vegetables on the plate and when I asked what they were, they listed several things but forgot to mention that there was also celery, a vegetable I am allergic to. When we asked again, the waiter, who was generally not very friendly, first claimed that I should have said that I had allergies (which both I and my mother had pointed out when we ordered) and then reacted in an offended manner and literally said: "If you have allergies, you shouldn't go to the restaurant", a statement that in my opinion is a huge impertinence and not acceptable at all. I often eat steak in restaurants and have never had a problem with this dish so I definitely don't see this as my fault or my allergies. They also had several dishes on the menu that you couldn't get, which they didn't tell us before we ordered, so my mother couldn't get her first choice and when she changed her order she couldn't get her second choice either.

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, wir wurden bei der Ankunft angepöbelt weil wir 10 min. früher waren als reserviert. Ungemütliches Ambiente. Ohne ein Wort bekamen wir einen Tisch, wurden aber nicht bedient, obwohl nur 2 weitere Tische besetzt waren. Der Kellner ging wiederholt an uns vorbei und ignorierte uns komplett.Nachdem wir mehrmals höflich nachgefragt haben wenigstens mal die Karte zu bekommen, haben wir dieses kalte Lokal nach 25 min.ohne jegliche Würdigung des extrem unfreundlichen Kellners wieder verlassen.
