Restaurent Bei Den Zwillingen — Restaurant in Junglinster

It is regrettable I have to provide one star to this establishment which provides excellent service, food in a wonderful location. We ate very often there and we even organised the baptism of one of our kids at the place. However, all good memories were tainted a few months ago as myself, wife and kids (1,5 and 5 yrs) we were agressed by the staff of the establishment. Verbally and close to physical violence. We almost got ran over by the car of one of the auxiliary staff, followed by invectives and inferences to violence. The staff who served us the lunch was very sympathetic though and helped us identify the person. In addittion, the reception staff did not lift one finger to help, obviously covering the wrongdoer. My little daughter had panick attacks during 2 months… I still regret I have not called the police. Call it bad luck, but it’s the only place in Luxembourg, one of the safest places in the world, where we got aggressed. Otherwise, if not crossing the wrong people, the food, atmosphere and the service of the restaurant...

We came here once, and will not come again. Staff were very nice, food also good but the boss lady is a really unfriendy. We sat at the table just near her and could observe how she talked to the staff We did not appreciated how she talked to the staff. On that day a young trainee came in with his luggage to start his internship and we was welcomed with the sentence "you can just sit down" we were so sorry for him.

I think your response says all about your kindness. We are 100% sure about what we heard an saw that day. It was NOT just the welcoming "just sit down" for the trainee(where btw the rest of the conversation with him was unpleasant as well), but we'll stop here and defintely not...

Extremely nice place but the food just is not edible. I had a schnitzel which did not have a lemon with it. Instead, there was raspberry dressing underneath it, which just tasted disgusting. Very poor quality product, extremely hard and stiff. The waiter was not able to pour wine properly (pouring on the table instead of in the glass), they did not have half of the gin proposed us. Nobody asked us how the food was (even though it was not overly crowded) and already cleared the table while I still was eating. All in all horrible experience in a very nice place though. But I do not eat...
