As reviewers noted, this restaurant is very very noisy. IMO, it could also be the acoustics of the place. It seems to be an old structure, hence, sound waves bounce all over the room. We were the first to enter the restaurant, so the place was nearly empty. However, when people started pouring in, I could hear the conversations of people five tables away. Imagine when the restaurant was at full capacity! And it was. My companion and I were shouting at each other just to carry on a conversation. Incredibly painful on the ears and especially when you’re dining.
Obvi, we got the starter and the main course in reasonably good time. But, when it was time for dessert, there was a bit of a wait. Annoyed because of the delay and the horrible noise, my companion followed up on his dessert. The lady answered that for a two course dinner, waiting one and a half hours for dessert is normal. After all, she said - they’re not a fast food restaurant wow! So rude. She could have said, so sorry for the delay. I’ll check what’s going on in the kitchen. Don’t rile up an already irritated diner. You are in the business of providing a great dining experience and you’re giving the opposite.

Read moreI just had dinner at Bonifas in Nospelt and was genuinely impressed. I opted for the menu, where I chose the creamy burratina starter, followed by the Faux Filet de Bœuf Limousin-Luxembourgeois as the main, and finished with the elegant Association Fraise & Fenouil dessert.
Every course delivered. The burratina was silky and fresh. The beef was perfectly cooked. Juicy and delicate, and served with a refined béarnaise sauce, which was the best one I ever had. The strawberry-fennel dessert was unusual but harmoniously balanced, combining freshness with subtle sweetness. Overall, really well executed.
The interior is cozy and beautifully done, with a warm country inn atmosphere, rustic wood beams, soft lighting, and a refined layout. The staff was also friendly, making me feel well taken care of all evening.
Only minor note: the portions lean towards the smaller side.

Le plat se composait de tagliatellini aux truffes s'été et d'un espuma dont je ne me rapelle plus les détails. En tout cas, tout se mariait très bien et ravissait mes papilles. Seul point négatif: nous n'avons pas pris le dessert allant avec le menu, vu que nous avions assez mangé, mais he ne pense pas que le dessert nous a été retiré de l'ardoise. Soit. A propos d'ardoise...155 Eur pour deux personnes, cela me semble un peu beaucoup, sans être vraiment hors normes. L'ambiance était agréable, le restaurant était presque plein et ce un lundi soir, ce fut une surprise pour moi.
