I placed an order at 11:00, expecting it to be delivered by 12:00, based on their promise. When my food was not delivered by 12:15, I called them and was assured everything was fine. Imagine my frustration when I called at 12:45 only to learn they hadn’t even begun preparing my meal due to staff shortages.

While I understand the challenges of managing staff, the very least they could have done was inform me of the delay. Had they been transparent, I would have sought alternatives. Such lack of communication is unacceptable and a downright disrespect to customers.

I’ve been a guest here several times already and it’s consistently a good experience. Portions are generous and the menu offers a nice variety – from Chinese to Thai dishes, and Sushi, including vegetarian options and a lunch menu.

I’m especially a big fan of their duck, which comes in different variations and is always well-prepared. The kitchen is also flexible with extra wishes, which is much appreciated.

Overall, a reliable place for tasty Asian food with good value for money. Not a fine-dining experience, but definitely a solid restaurant I’m happy...
