Factory Grill — Restaurant in Roeser

I was looking forward to a nice ribeye steak cooked medium with mashed potatoes and vegetables. However, the steak came out raw with no vegetables. I had to send the steak back and ask for my vegetables, baring in mind we went on a Tuesday evening so the restaurant wasn’t at maximum capacity. The second time the steak came out it was cooked well done on the top half but raw on the bottom. It’s quite clear the chef didn’t know how to sear a steak correctly. I don’t mind my steak medium rare, or even rare in some cases, but this was clearly raw. The vegetables were clearly microwaved and overcooked also.

They offered me complimentary beef picanha, which also came out boarder line raw. I understand this meat is typically served medium rare, but again, it was much closer to raw than medium rare.

If you go to this restaurant I recommend ordering something more simple, my friend had a rump steak and it was cooked to...

I recently dined at "Factory Grill" and had a wonderful experience. Not only do they offer a vast selection of flavorful meat dishes, but their attention to accommodating different dietary needs was impressive. Big portions at the reasonable price. They had a dedicated menu for kids, ensuring that even the little ones could enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal. They were able to provide several options for allergic individuals. The highlight, however, was their exceptional service. I highly recommend to visit this place for its great service and nice menu options...

First i was a little sceptical to go there. But i can only confirm the review of raoul (more than 800 reviews). This place is outstanding.

When you enter, you would think its more like a standart place. But the service, cocktails and the quality of the meat are outstanding. And the charm is also that it is a restaurant for everyone.

For me and my wife, it's one (if not the best) of the best grilled meat restaurants in luxembourg.
