In terms of Taste, I would say hands down the best souvlaki, for chicken is a given, that I have had even comparing it to Greece. It is so tender, excellent marinaded nothing but good words to add here. Pork souvlaki is also excellent and the fries are addictive! Loved the yoghurt sauce and the good thing is that they are consistent in the quality. If I can add anything bad, I would say that with the Pork menu the sauce should be tzatziki by default. Nowhere in Greece you will see a yoghurt sauce with Pork. It should be the staple and having to buy the tzatziki extra (although the portion you buy is actually big, I will give that) is kinda weird. Also, a shame that they don't sell wraps on fridays and saturdays. Overall though, when you want your "fix" on greek souvlaki it is definitely a good quality product that keeps you...
Read moreA decent place that features Greek cuisine. I visited twice during lunch time and I enjoyed the food but I had to improvise a bit. My absolute favourite plate, souvlaki, was not really greek original as it came out without lemon and a bit thick. The worst part was that they did not have any lemon to give me after I asked because they are expensive! The sauce served with the pork souvlaki is definitely NOT original in Greece, where it is used normally for the chicken souvlaki. One would expect tzatziki or just lemon. 2nd time I knew so I tried the politiko, which was very nice and as expected. The environment is good thanks to the sitting provided by the pub attached to it. I would like to see in the future...
Read moreFantastic food, authentic, very very tasty. The best Greek souvlaki we have had oitside Greece. Try Politico menu for example. Amazing mix of meat. Very tasty fries, too. Also the orginal is great. Chicken souvlaki too. A pity not even a bot of tzatziki included in the menus. Aa spekaing of which, tztatziki is the only a bit disappointing dish, unfortunatelly :( A bit strange concept of wit take away (eat in your car, do not wait!!), or you can be having your Souvlaki meal served in the Brasserie Chaplin, connected to the Souvalki place, although more of a bar - however, very...
